Located in the scenic hills of Greeneville, Tennessee, TAC2, operated by Baer’s Gun Club LLC, is a private, members-focused shooting facility built around safety, responsible firearm ownership, training, competition, and community.
Whether you're an experienced competitive shooter, a long-range enthusiast, or simply looking for a safe and welcoming place to practice and improve your skills, TAC2 provides a variety of shooting opportunities for our members.
Our facility features a 100–600 yard long-range shooting area, five dedicated pistol areas, and facilities supporting IDPA, USPSA, and Steel Challenge competitions. We continue to invest in the property, range infrastructure, target systems, training opportunities, and member amenities as we work to make TAC2 one of East Tennessee's premier shooting destinations.

Important Range Rules
Shooting Hours
- - No shooting before 8:00 AM
- - No shooting after dark without approval
- - Long Range:
- Sundays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Mondays 8:00 AM - Dark
- *No other shooting during long-range sessions
Target Rules
- - Steel in bays: Handgun/shotshell/rimfire only, 12+ yards minimum
- - 200/600yd steel: Center-fire rifle/slugs allowed, 50+ yards minimum
- - No steel shot, armor piercing, or steel core ammo on steel
- - Dispose of paper targets properly
Prohibited Items
- - Absolutely no alcohol on premises at any time
- - No glass bottles or similar targets
- - No camping allowed
- - Gate codes are personal - sharing results in immediate revocation
Facility Care
- - Replace target stands after use
- - Clean up brass and trash
- - Report any damage immediately
- - Take trash with you if cans are full
